Aquarian’s pre-ported resonant bass drum heads are available with a center position 7″ porthole or a 4 3/4″ hole offset to one side and make for easy miking and sound control. A protective vinyl material around the edge of the hole helps to prevent premature tearing. These 10mil heads are left wide open with no muting. The amount of muffling is left up to the discretion of the drummer.
